With over 20 years of experience in Early Years, I've built my career around supporting people, developing practice and creating environments where children can thrive.

I've owned and led an Early Years setting, experienced two Outstanding Ofsted inspections, worked as an Early Years lecturer and now support settings across the UK through Early Insights.

I've experienced the pressures of leadership, the responsibility of supporting a team and the feeling that sometimes you simply need someone experienced to talk things through with.

That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all consultancy or tick-box solutions. I take time to listen, understand your setting and work alongside you to identify what is already working well and where meaningful improvements can be made.
