Welcome to Early Insights Educational Consultancy
Dedicated to creating inspiring and sustainable environments that nurture the growth and development of the next generation.
As an independent Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) consultant, I work with nurseries, preschools, and childminders to enhance their environments and elevate the quality of care and education. My mission is to support you in delivering outstanding early years provision that is joyful, inclusive, and child-centred.
I will work with you to develop your current systems and curriculum in line with EYFS guidelines, motivate and inspire your EYFS team, work with you to expand and create effective Early years planning, assessment and observation systems.
As the Manager of an Early Years Kindergarten that was graded Outstanding by Ofsted twice I understand assessments and how to ensure your setting meets the standards and flourishes during inspections.
If you're looking to improve your setting’s environment, curriculum, or daily practice, I offer tailored support to meet your unique needs.

How I Can Help
I collaborate with you and your team to:
-
Develop and refine your curriculum in line with EYFS guidance
-
Motivate and inspire staff through practical, hands-on support
-
Strengthen planning, assessment, and observation systems
-
Enhance both indoor and outdoor learning environments
I understand the challenges of running an early years setting—tight budgets, limited support, and ever-changing expectations. My goal is to bring back the guidance, encouragement, and expertise that every setting deserves.

I offer three tiers of support and services available: Essential, Strategic and Bespoke.

Essential Insights - suited for those with limited budgets, childminders and those who have specific, targeting needs.

Strategic Insights - is suited for all. I offer more detailed support across a number of different areas. It involves a visit to the setting, email support and a targeted action plan.

Bespoke Consultation is all the support you would need in your Early Years setting. It involves a longer visit, detailed analysis of multiple areas and tailored support that is perfect for you.
