Running a childcare setting can be rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming at times. At Early Insights, I offer supportive, practical guidance for childminders who would like extra help, reassurance, or professional advice.
Whether you are newly registered, preparing for an Ofsted inspection, struggling with paperwork, or simply looking to improve confidence within your setting, support is available in a way that works for you.

I am passionate about supporting Childminders. I understand the stress, the worries, the joys and the challenges. I want to support you to feel confident, feel proud and feel valued. Below are the different support options available but before you get there.......

Video Support – £30 per hour
Virtual support is ideal for flexible, convenient guidance from the comfort of your own setting. Sessions can be tailored to your individual needs and may include:

Sessions are available via video call or telephone. I understand the day may be busy and therefore I am happy to arrange this calls in the evening or weekend.
